Halloween of 1998 was a little more fun the Alisia's first one, I guess it had some to do with the fact that she could ask for candy (a word that she learned really quick).
Mommy and Alisia got to go the park on Halloween where they had a party for
children of all ages. There was food, games, balloon animals, and LOTS OF CANDY.
